Order processing
The Site records the request for orders from Monday to Friday with Hours 08.30-17.00. All requests are handled during these hours. The fulfillment of the order is considered completed only after the registration of the payment of the order. Orders placed and processed cannot be changed, however, if the goods have not yet been shipped, a change request can be made by email to Customer Service who reserves the right to decide, independently, the matter.
Costs
Products that are in stock in the warehouse will, as a rule, be delivered in the shortest possible time.
Delivery will be made from Monday to Friday during business hours, by specialized freight forwarder, with appropriate packaging / packing to the recipient's address indicated by the Customer.
The cost of shipping varies according to the country of destination.
ITALY: from €10.00
EUROPE: from €15.00
EXTRAEU: from €20.00
The shipping cost does not include any taxes and customs duties.
RETURNS
If you are contracting as a consumer, you will have the right to withdraw from the Contract within a period of 14 days.
The withdrawal period referred to in the preceding paragraph shall end after 14 days from the day on which You, or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by You, acquires physical possession of the goods or, in the case of multiple goods ordered through a single order or Mixed Orders and delivered separately, shall end after 14 days from the day on which You or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by You acquires physical possession of the last good. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the notice regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal prior to the expiration of the withdrawal period.
